Worst Experience – Lost Earbuds & Rude Staff I had the worst experience at this hotel. I booked it for 2 days and unfortunately left my earbuds in the room on the first day. On the second day, housekeeping was done. When I returned in the evening, my earbuds were missing. I immediately informed the hotel staff, but instead of helping me, they rudely denied everything and said: “Humare staff ne ear bud nahi liya hai, jo action lena hai, senior manager/MD se baat kar lena.” This kind of unprofessional and arrogant behaviour is unacceptable. As a guest, I expected at least basic courtesy and cooperation, but the staff was dismissive and irresponsible. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking this hotel. Safety of belongings and guest service are clearly not their priority.
