Very Bad experience of rooms for the wedding guests. Would not recommend this place at all for staying for big functions. 1. No proper communication 2. Single Lift isn't working all the time 3. No pest control, mice everywhere. 4. A lot of maintenance needed 5. Poor room service 6. No hot water 7. No wifi in the rooms. 8. The staff is rude. Catering and Decoration teams are good though.

I had a very disappointing experience at this property. The room was not properly maintained — even the phone in the room was not working. Found a spider in the washroom which clearly shows lack of hygiene and regular cleaning. There was no tea service available till 8 AM which is very inconvenient for guests. The staff did not seem trained and overall service was quite poor. Expected better hospitality.
