We came across MAP Events while looking for a wedding planner based in Ahmedabad to plan our big day. Since we are based in UK and have very little knowledge of the Indian wedding scene, we wanted someone who would guide us with budgeting, vendor negotiations and planning. Nihar and his team were very professional, humble, trustworthy and very flexible to work and helped us pull off this wedding in less than four months! The whole team has a lot of experience in this business and will go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. We strongly recommend them if anyone out there is looking for wedding planners.

We found MAP events in a forest filled with all kinds of predators and a few which were nice! Working remotely with our kids, Nihar & his entire team led the various events to a smooth conclusion. Problems encountered during the process with either the hotel or the decorators or the caterers seemed to melt away. Pleasant interactions every step of the way, made TFL an extension of the Joshis & Shahs! If you find a better wedding planning team let me know, cos it’s gonna be next to impossible to find one!!
