Extremely disappointing experience at Shayona, Ahmedabad. The staff behavior was outright rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. They have absolutely no sense of how to speak to customers. Instead of helping, they make you feel unwelcome and insulted. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the management. I strongly advise people to avoid this place unless they drastically improve their staff attitude and customer service.

It has a very good collection, if you are looking for sarees in a premium range then this place is quite good. But i would prefer to go some other store for more of an affordable range and good design. This could be a one stop solution as it has not only sarees but also indo western and even Navaratri cholis. So yes,go check em out and happy shopping 🙌

I visit the store in June 2025.I bought the Chaniaya choli from there.What they show me and what I got is not the same quality.they give me my chaniya choli at the day befor I have to fly back.They supposed to give me the chaniya choli on Wednesday.we drive 1 hour there and they said it’s not ready so they said come Friday so we have ready. So we drowned there back to pick up and it was still not ready so we have to hang around there and letter they make ready but it is still not ready to wear.I don’t know how they do the business because they don’t know the meaning of the ready to wear.The sales person name was HARSH the owner son.The blouse is unfinished the Doris from up they did not put so it’s filing down from the shoulder.Then they put the Doris on the bottom out of that one dori is missing.they charge around 12500.00 rupees for that chaniya choli but they did not put the lakaniya on the blouse.I was going to wear it today and I open the packet that they packed I am very very disappointed.How do you feel that you going some where and when you take your dress out and that dress is unfinished and you bought the new and paid for the ready to wear.Aks your self when you go buy from there.That you should buy or not.They have very very bad service so please never ever buy from there If you are not living in the India.Even if you living in India don’t support the cheated people.They are not trusted people as they show.

Bought one choli for my fiancée for wedding, they took one month for fitting and all but upon delivery The entire color shade is different and the dupatta is different, and moreover they are not even accepting!! And to make it worse fitting of blouse has to be redone!!!!!! Very bad service and attitude no matter how much they sweet talk after payment its just the worst
