WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER in my purchase. Really unprofessional and rude staff. Please don’t make mistake of purchasing from here. They committed to provide me my dress on 10th Feb but did not provide even after me going to shop on that day and they promising me it will be delivered.

Gave a headache just on the day before our big day. They promised to deliver on 9th evening or 10th morning. But when we went on 10th evening, they didn't have the dress ready and they started blaming us that we hadn't called them and reminded them about the delivery date. They promised to porter it to our location by 10th night, which also they failed to do. And never picked the call after then . We had to alter our travel plans to our event location so as to get the dress. Very evident that there is a mismanagement and lack of accountability I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase from here anymore. The fitting was also not perfect. They don't have an in-house tailor who understands customer requirement and the sales guy tries to finish it off in the easiest way out.
