It was a horrible experience. About three months ago, I gave my most important blouse for stitching, and it was urgent, so I had to pay almost double the price. After 3-4 days, the blouse was ready, and we went to try it on. When I tried it on, I realized that no matter how I looked at it, the fitting was completely off. The shoulders were way too short, the sleeves were open, and from every angle, it was clear that it was poorly stitched, especially considering how much I had paid for it. We told them that the blouse was not proper, and they said it was because of the fabric, which didn't make sense. We sent it back for repairs, but still, there was no progress. I ended up visiting the shop four times, but each time, the staff's behavior was worse. Whenever we went, they were completely uninterested and acted in a very strange, almost rude way. The second time I went for measurements, I realized that the first time, the person didn't even take the proper measurements. I had to go back twice for measurements, and even after that, the blouse was still poorly stitched. Eventually, the blouse went back for repairs again, and it was sent to the actual tailor, who took the right measurements. The blouse went to the tailor four times, and after three months of work, the condition of the blouse was still poor. It was a complete waste of time, and the whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. My blouse got completely ruined.I didn't expect this from such a big and famous shop. For sure, this blouse is now completely useless to me. Not only did I lose the blouse, but I also lost 2000 rupees. And I just want to say that you shouldn't take measurements from anyone at the shop. Take them from the actual tailor, who knows how to take proper measurements.
