I am extremely disappointed and not satisfied at all. The stitching on the saree is very poor and clearly visible, which completely ruined the look. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially when the saree is meant for a wedding. My fiancé is getting married next week, and this saree was very important. Because of your careless work, we are now stressed at the last moment. A bridal saree should be handled with care, but Mangalam Saree clearly does not care about quality or customer satisfaction. No proper finishing, no quality check, and no responsibility taken. This is wasting customers’ time and money. I will never recommend Mangalam Saree to anyone, especially for weddings or important occasions. Very bad service. Totally disappointed.

I should have gone through the ratings before buying saree from this horrible place. Firstly, the blouse piece of one of my saree was so terrible no body was ready to make a blouse from that piece. Besides the fall was done by hand stitches and looked extremely terrible. Don’t fall for the size and luxury of the shop from the outside because inside you will get terrible customer service. People are rude and not ready to accept their mistakes. This was very very horrible experience. Try another shops but not this.
