I am writing this review not just for a specific product, but to highlight a serious issue with the customer service. The owner of this store has a beautiful and unique collection, but her way of treating customers is completely unacceptable. She told my mother, "Look at how you wear clothes, that's why they don't look good on you, but this dress looks so nice now." You do not undermine your customers to sell your products. This kind of disrespectful and arrogant behavior is pathetic and shows a complete lack of professionalism. A business thrives on trust and respect, and this owner failed on both counts. I cannot recommend a place where customers are treated so poorly.

Very disappointing experience. I purchased two dresses worth ₹8.5k that required minor alterations. After the promised delivery date, the store never attended calls to confirm if the dresses were ready, forcing me to visit personally. Even then, they were not ready, and the staff casually said it would take another 2 days — with no apology or professionalism. Such poor behavior and lack of responsibility make this the worst shopping experience I’ve had. Definitely not recommended.
