Trusted this brand so much earlier but it failed me badly. Wanted to get an outfit designed with them. I showed them the picture & they said that they would get the same done but in machine work. But what they gave was totally different work. It looked so cheap & not even half of the worth of ₹14000 which iwas quote to me. YELLOW 🟡 one is the inspired outfit & GREEN is what they made. Even they showed the work 4 days late to the promised date. I was so devastated as i had to wear it for an event which was in 2 days. And i was left with no outfit. The extra 1 star is for the refund they provided. But they should not promise what is not achievable by them. Their customer service is worst. Nobody pics the call & you won't get a callback. And even after this huge blunder they behave in such a rude manner as if its your fault. I had to continuously call for 2 days to get their response on my outfit. You can go for their ready made piece but not sure for customising outfits.
