Good and new collection. Bhavesh bhai and all staff’s Customer services are really good. I bought two choli and it’s really worth of the money. Thank you again Deep Kala. Must recommended.
SCAM ALERT. We bought 3 outfits from Deepkala, and after giving them a stellar review earlier, I am now beyond disappointed. I’m getting married in January, and I had given very clear instructions that I did not want the bra-style blouse that was on the rack. I was promised a new dupatta in a different colour and new, made-to-measure outfits. Instead, they simply sent me the same rack outfit as-is—the exact same bra-style blouse I had specifically rejected. Nothing was newly made. Nothing was customised. What we received were the same trial pieces we had tried at the showroom, clearly worn by countless people before. The lehenga bottoms are brown and dirty, the blouse is filthy, and the hooks have been slapped on carelessly. Nothing fits. The dupatta with the chaniya choli doesn’t even match. The blouse is the on the rack blouse with extra fabric added on the top. No new blouse was even bothered to be made. Their after-sales service is pathetic. I call every single day and all I get are excuses—no ownership, no urgency, no accountability. And their final “solution”? To dry-clean the dirty, used outfit they sent me instead of making the new one I paid for. I am genuinely shocked at how carelessly and dishonestly they treat customers. AVOID. HIGHLY AVOID. Let no bride or customer go through this. Here’s an update after i posted this: I sent my pieces back. They washed it and send them back as is. Few tassels were added so it looks new. But it’s a joke. This place is a joke. The service is a bigger joke. However the jokes on me. The joke could be on you.
Worst experience in terms of service We bought hefty 20,000 Rs Saree and they send that via courier in cheap plastic bag like local roadside vendor You should definitely look into this and learn how to treat customers better I would not recommend anyone in my known people to go here just for their worst service
The Biggest Scammer in Town – Worst Saree Shopping Experience I wish I had checked reviews before buying from this saree shop — it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The saree I bought looked fine in the store, but when I opened the package at home, I was shocked to see it was torn, looked used, and came in cheap, flimsy packaging. It was nothing like what they promised. When I went back to the shop to complain, the owner’s behaviour was unbelievably rude. He didn’t even bother to listen properly and spoke in such an arrogant, dismissive tone, as if it was my fault for buying from them. There was zero responsibility, zero respect, and absolutely no customer service. It honestly felt like a scam — selling damaged sarees at full price and then refusing to acknowledge their mistake. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect by a store owner before. Please beware — this place is the biggest scammer in town. They sell poor-quality, used-looking sarees and treat customers terribly once they’ve taken your money. I’ll never go back there, and I strongly advise others to avoid this shop completely.
The Manager Prashantbhai is horribly rude. We’ve bought from this store multiple times before with Bhaveshbhai with no trouble. This person kept saying “tamara range ma kai nathi 25K thi niche nathi” when we were perusing since I originally asked for pieces between 15K-20K for a home function. He said this about 4-5 times when I then stopped him and said I am looking through for more functions. He also looked at my mother and said “amna size ma aakha store ma kai nathi” (She is a normal L size). He then proceeded to yell “store is closed” extremely rudely when I was in the middle trying a piece (which they themselves handed over to try and was for 18K, clearly under their originally ascertained minimum price range) and when I very politely asked if I may take a photo, he could have just said no but instead proceeded to say no and asked his other staff “aamna paase thi phone lai lejo toh” as though treating criminals. Not only did they lose a recurring customer and an almost finalised sale that day, they also stand as a testament to the worst shopping experience you could have in Ahmedabad. Shame on Prashantbhai for pulling off a show in terrible customer service in ten minutes straight, and for no good reason at all.
