BENBAA store known store for there cloth quality.. see what they actually sold .they said it will take time fir finishing and fittings. Okay . Where is finishiing ? You used wrong threads + look at the mess with thread on my dress . And quality of velvet?? My hole event ruined
We came in looking for bridal and family outfits and had a wonderful experience, especially with the Heritage showroom. The environment was welcoming, and the staff were truly amazing. We felt very well taken care of and were shown multiple outfit options that matched exactly what we were looking for. We especially appreciated the help from Jill and Dilip who were patient, honest, and incredibly kind throughout the process. Their service made everything so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
WOW and AMAZING. Everybody add BENBAA have been super helpful and very understanding of all of my concerns. I got 2 of wedding event outfits and 12 of my bridesmaids outfits from here. Kiranbhai has been SO SO SO HELPFUL in every way. I am very picky with outfits, and I customized all of my girls’ outfits and they all have different type of blouses. He understood my style immediately and helped create the outfits. I also picked out the color and fabrics and he gave me a sample of the color, fabric, and color of beading and didn’t like the color so I was able to pick out two other colors and he gave the other two samples within the next day. I have a tight deadline to get the outfits to take back to the US with me, so he understands the urgency. Also, the fitting of all of my outfits are perfect. I didn’t have to make any other alterations after I tried it on during the trial.

I was buying my wedding lehenga all the way from the UK to Ahmedabad, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect. I had the pleasure of meeting the designer Purvik, and despite not having a prior booking, they were kind enough to welcome me into the room and give me their time — which already says so much about their warmth and professionalism. Purvik was patient, attentive, and focused on helping me find my outfit. There was zero pressure, just honest guidance and creative insight. I was allowed to take my time, explore options, and in the end, I chose a lehenga that felt completely perfect for me — something I instantly connected with. The whole experience felt calm, personal, and truly beautiful. Benba doesn’t just sell bridal wear, they create moments you’ll remember forever. I’m so grateful and would recommend Benba to any bride looking for something special, meaningful, and unforgettable. ✨👰🏽♀️💫
Very disappointing experience – not worth the money or stress Benba claims to provide quality bridal and ethnic wear, but my experience was extremely disappointing. I purchased my bridal lehenga and sangeet lehenga in November, spending lakhs of rupees, trusting them with something so important for my wedding. I requested delivery on 20/01/2026, but was told their “computerised system” only allows delivery on 25/01/2026. I accepted this. However, on the 25th, they called and said the outfits were still not ready and would only be available by 28/01/2026. My wedding is in the first week of February, and I had clearly communicated that I have a destination wedding with a flight on 28/01/2026. After repeatedly requesting and speaking to the manager, they finally handed over both outfits on the 25th — but the finishing was extremely poor. The blouse fitting was bad, and overall the work felt rushed and careless. This is unacceptable after charging such a premium price and keeping the outfits for months. This entire process caused unnecessary stress during what should be a happy time. I am not satisfied at all, and this will definitely be my last purchase from Benba. Brides, please think twice and do not trust them with your wedding outfits.
