Aso Palav has a beautiful selection and is very diligent with their shipping process - given my positive experiences in January 2025, this was our first spot when we re-visited in January 2026 in preparation for my wedding this year. I had the most incredible experience and it was all thanks to Naresh Bhai. He truly went above and beyond in every possible way. His expertise, patience, kindness, and above all his HONESTY made this not only stress-free but truly enjoyable. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, respecting our budget, and made us feel supported throughout the entire process. Naresh Bhai is acutely aware of the inventory that Aso Palav has available and he went above and beyond to ensure our every request was met. If something was not possible he was clear in his communication - all the way through tailoring. Naresh Bhai found dresses for myself, my sister, my mother, and all of my bridesmaids - many of who are American and have not worn Indian clothing before. He was attentive when we met with the tailor to ensure our requests were being understood and each piece we received has fit exactly as expected. He was supported by Krishna, another fantastic salesman, who helped keep us organized throughout this whole process. If you're visiting the top floor for bespoke bridal pieces I highly recommend meeting with Rahul - he found me truly some of the most beautiful dresses I've ever seen, and understood my vision perfectly. While Aso Palav is a great store, Naresh Bhai made all the difference so if you are visiting I highly recommend seeking him out, he is truly one of a kind and set this whole experience apart for my whole family.

Visited on the first day of the sale. Men’s collection is amazing and reasonably priced. Women’s section was less impressive — too much heavy work and overpriced. Best deal was on Mushru silk sarees. Worth visiting if you have time to explore properly.

really nice store selection but the master (tailor) was extremely rude to all the customers. their job is to measure and tailor clothes to fit the customer (who is paying at least 50000 inr!) — yet he acted like every alteration was a burden. We saw multiple groups complain about the fit and his response was immediate dismissal (“of course it’s like that, it won’t be able to be fixed”) and when we asked our salesman to call him to ask about reducing the length of a cancan, he simply waved us off thrice. when he finally came over, he was in a huff and extremely rude for what is a simple horizontal cut… anyways, a really pretty store but beg you to find another master or at least hire another person so this guy isn’t overwhelmed and snappy.

As a customer, my experience with this company has not been satisfactory. The service quality is poor and lacks professionalism. There are frequent delays, and customer concerns are not handled properly or on time. Additionally, the quality of products/services does not match the expectations or the standards promised. Overall experience feels inconsistent and disappointing. I believe the company needs to seriously improve its service standards, quality control, and customer support to retain customer trust.

One of the best places to get trendy fashionable outfits for big occasions. There is enough parking space available and the store is located right on the road so trust google maps with it. You can find wide variety here- Lehenga choli, sarees, gowns, jewellery, lingerie, bags, dupatta etc. There is one stand of zivame too. They have items of all price points so you can choose a budget and they’ll show you the items accordingly. While most of the staff is good, some of them are a bit moody so I’d say having a good experience totally depends on the person serving you. They got sarees ready on the promised date and we didn’t face any issues except that it’d be better if they start home delivery service too. Overall, I’d totally recommend checking it out at least once.
