DO NOT RECOMMEND. I got my engagement outfit custom made here (for 90,000 rupees so around $1000 dollars) and they completely ruined it. They sent the outfit with someone who was bringing it from India to the US, and I deeply regret trusting asopalav to have made it correctly. If you are not able to go in person for trials, absolutely avoid this place—they will mess it up. 1. Terrible service and communication. As soon as I placed the order and returned to the US, nobody responded to my calls or messages. I had specifically asked for updates and progress photos throughout the process, but they only contacted me once the entire outfit was already finished. 2. Wrong color—completely different from what I selected. When the outfit was done, the color was nothing like what I had chosen. They even tried to blame it on “fabric dye issues,” which is unacceptable. 3. The blouse was extremely oversized. It was so big that two of me could have fit in it. This was supposed to be a custom-made blouse to my measurements. Even then, they made excuses instead of trying to fix it. I had to get it tailored again in America. 4. The chanya length was ridiculously long. Even while wearing four-inch heels during my event, it was dragging all over the floor. Completely unusable without alterations. 5. Awful customer service when I returned to India. When I brought the outfit back, nobody wanted to take responsibility. They kept passing us from person to person with zero accountability. Overall, this place ruined a very important outfit for me, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. I would not trust them with anything custom, especially if you cannot be physically present for fittings. Don't waste your time nor your energy.
I think they are not interested in selling clothes , the staff working there behaves as if we owe them money , throwing one saree on table for the sake of showing and judging customers following them till customers leave the premises. The staff showing saree were literally judging customers. Please teach your staff to be humble and enthusiastic about their job . And the collection was so bad , what are they even selling . They don’t deserve a single rupee .
the collection of all ethnic was very beautiful, there so many options in each article or patterns nd more , nd also the prices are also good for all budget . nd mst imp experience with MR PRADIP PRAJAPATI was so good , he is very kind perosn , co operative person . so yess i suggest to everyone that go nd check atlist once in aashram road ashoplav .
Worst place for bridal lehengas – do not trust Asopalav I bought my bridal lehenga from Asopalav in November with delivery promised on 12 Dec 2025. It was delayed, and when delivered, it had black stains all over, including the dupatta. The staff casually said stains are visible because it’s white, which is unacceptable. They kept the lehenga for cleaning, made me visit the store multiple times, and even used petroleum, which caused white patches. Despite visiting the store nearly 10 times, the lehenga was never returned in proper condition. The branch owner/manager Mr. Piyush was extremely casual, cut my call, and offered either a defective piece at 25% discount or told me to shop elsewhere—even though my wedding was just 20 days away. No apology, no accountability. In the end, I was forced to compromise and buy a replacement due to lack of time and their poor service. Asopalav is not reliable for bridal shopping. Brides, please be careful.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER — BEWARE! I hope no one else ever has to face what I did here. The OWNER is absolutely irresponsible and refuses to take any action against the shocking misconduct of their valet staff. I genuinely feel unsafe even thinking about visiting again. I gave my car for valet parking at ASOPALAV ASHRAM ROAD — and it turned into a nightmare. While I was shopping inside, TWO VALET DRIVERS sat inside my car for 45 minutes with their feet on the dashboard, chewing pan masala, blasting loud music, and probably running the AC because half my fuel tank was gone. They left a disgusting smell and spit marks inside my car. When I complained, the owner and staff wasted my time pretending to check CCTV footage — then admitted there were no cameras covering that area. They outright refused to take responsibility or any firm action. To make things worse, the shopping experience itself was terrible. The sales staff were rude, taunting, and completely unhelpful. Instead of assisting politely, they made me feel unwelcome and blamed me rather than taking any responsibility for their pathetic service. I am writing this so people know the truth — they neglect their duties, cover up their faults, and blame the customer instead of fixing their mess. DO NOT trust the owner, valet parking, or staff here. This place is mismanaged, unsafe, and completely unprofessional. Think twice before giving them your money or your trust. Very disappointed and will never return. THOSE TWO SECURITY PEOPLE KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND DEFINITELY THEY WOULD HAVE DONE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE AND THEY WILL CONTINUE TO DO IT AS THE OWNER OF ASOPALAV REFUSED TO TAKE ANY ACTION
