I rarely post reviews, but my first visit to Anushka was extremely disappointing. We purchased a saree worth ₹14k with a promise of proper roll polish and finishing. When we collected it, the saree looked old and poorly handled, as if taken out from long storage. Instead of listening, the staff blamed us for “changing our mind.” Packaging was done in newspaper instead of proper butter paper. Only after mentioning consumer rights did they agree to refund, and when we fully opened the saree, we found a grease stain. Very unprofessional experience.

My parents bought some dress for me on my bdy from this place !!! Next day in 10 hours almost I came for replace this dress because it was not suit on me I came here nd they r like thier r only 2-3 pc not much more they litterly not interested to replace this dresss even they not interested about showing more dresses ……!!!! Also they r behaving so rude like I asked abt parking thing they said” u can park here “ I just parked witting 2-3 mints my car get locked I asked them about where is this guy they said we dunno Thts your issue if they r knowing it’s a towing zone why they did to us also they behaving so rude about replacing nd al things also they don’t have good dress also they showing us damage pieces !!!!! I must say plz don’t go this place !!!! Such a worse experience!!!! I must say they have zero sense about talk !!!
