Tanishq Jewellery - Ahmedabad - CG Road

Drawn by the trusted Tata reputation, we visited the Tanishq flagship store on CG Road and had an exceptional experience. Vivek guided us through our purchase with total transparency, diligence, and clear explanations. We were treated with genuine interest and courtesy throughout. A thoughtful highlight was being offered a private baby feeding room for our one-year-old—a level of care that truly sets them apart. We purchased two custom made gold wedding bands. We will definitely be back!

"I am a regular customer of Tanishq, and I recently visited the store to purchase jewelry. Along with my new purchases—including two solitaire necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and other pieces—I also brought some of my previously bought solitaire necklaces for cleaning. Due to long-term use, dirt had accumulated, which reduced the brilliance and shine of the diamonds. All my jewelry was carefully cleaned and polished by the skilled craftsman, Chiranjit Mondal. I truly appreciate his excellent workmanship and attention to detail. My jewelry looks as radiant and beautiful as it did when I first bought it. Thank you for the wonderful service and for restoring the sparkle of my precious pieces.

I visited the store twice to buy a ring and had a great experience with Nikita Vaghela. She was very helpful, polite, and provided excellent service. However, during both visits, some other staff members were speaking very loudly and it felt like they were arguing. It was a bit uncomfortable. Overall, good service from Nikita, but the store atmosphere could be more professional.

Shivani Shukla was absolutely one of the most professional sales person in my opinion. She was patient and quite helpful making me with all my purchases. She spent time to explain the process of buying back gold and applying it towards my purchase. She provided excellent service. Appreciate everything Shivani! Thanks!
