My wife purchased set made of Silver. Delivered with out gold plating. Personally gone for complaint but even after second time delivery same mistake repeated. While arguing same they are telling it is okay from our side. Then We have to done golden plating outside by our own expense Very poor service. I dont recommend for anyone

EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Zero arrangements to handle clients, after entering the premises and waiting there for 10 mins, we were asked to move outside and wait for some more indefinite time @Raj jewellery, When I raised concerns about customer service, I was not even asked what is my concern? And without understanding you are raising questions on my intentions? You are claiming I wasn't willing to wait and that my mother understand the situation - which is simply not true. If a business doesn't have adequate staff or systems to handle customers during busy periods, that's a management problem, not the customer's fault. The dismissive response to my feedback shows a complete lack of understanding of basic customer service principles.
